The link is to a formal meeting room, a polite Irish gentleman skewers a representative into admitting that death certs have showed 'died with CV19' when patient died from other causes. (they had a 'positive' test at some point, but as we know - that is fog in a bottle)
Ireland seems to be showing UK how to do it - recently we had a vid of a lady who pestered the Irish Health Dept until they gave her a letter that confirmed that 'CV19' does not exist. Now we have this link.
Another message to Simon and the lawyers - to use an oft-repeated phrase of Simon's - seen enough ???
BBJ - I have mentioned before that I am not sure where Simon's loyalties lie. He is still taking money on this website hoping for what? He seems to have given up or am I wrong. Whatever, he should at least come out and say. In fact he has very little to say and that applies here.
I would like to be wrong, but as I have said for many months now, Simon is not going to do anything that has a possibility to get us out of this mess, such as a criminal prosecution. If Simon does anything further of what he already done it will be another BS civil case designed to fail again. Just enough to keep people with a false hope. That's how you control the resistance. Not me, as I am fully awake.
This is a war against us, we like it or not but we are not fighting back the war.
Simon has said that he has spent 1 million of his own money on the case - would you say this when the lawyers are watching/listening? The money in the crowd fund doesn't seem to have lessened to cover legal fees, so who has paid??
With our very welcome rescue from the EU., is it that the EU Court of Human Rights is not available to UK now?
I agree, we need an update of what is happening to the case.
BBJ - Have just had a reply this morning as to what Simon's next move will be. Quote:-"Simon and his team are weighing up their options as there is a possibility they will be taking the case to ECHR. We will continue to update you via the blog and email as updates come through from the team". No answer to the question of Crowd Justice but there must be a plan for keeping the money coming. Its still the old adage 'the wheels of the law move slowly'
@TwinkleToes Many thanks TwinkleToes for chasing a response. The question from Simon asking what people thought about taking the case to the ECHR was just before Christmas, I think, so a month has gone by since then. There was a post on Simon's GAB from a person requesting legal action and offering £15,000 towards the cost.
@BBJ No problem. I am not on Gab yet, await my son doing it for both of us. Wondering if we will be chasing new money after an old situation, also how
long is the queue?
Its a bit of a mystery all told. Lawyers in all their forms generally like to keep everything close to their chest so to speak and probably wouldn't appreciate
any information being leaked by anyone let alone those that were involved. As for the question of the C of HR being available still, not sure! Top teams of lawyers cost mega dollar per hour and maybe what is in the kitty isn't enough, ok either move forward or call it a day but do let us know which?
BBJ - We can still apply to The Court of Human Rights although we are out of the EU. You don't have to be a member of the EU to qualify anyway. This poses the question why Simon and team have not come back to us, maybe I can try to contact him.
I was putting this around last April ,,,people ignoring me. The frustration of it all .
https://week.com/2020/04/20/idph-director-explains-how-covid-deaths-are-classified/
The Court of Human Rights is a waste for various reasons as follows:
The UK still can apply but any decision made by the Court it will be more like an advise and not an order. Meaning the UK will ignore it as it has been ignoring all our laws so far.
There is a deadline from the date when all legal procedures were exhausted within the UK . That deadline I think is gone by now
When you submit an application to the European Court you can not change the interpretation of your case allready heard at the Judicial Review. The interpretation was designed to fail so even bigger waste to submit an application to the European Court. It does not matter how much evidence there is to prove the hoax, you can not change the interpretation of the case now.
The only solution and best one is a new claim under a criminal Court, but unfortunately it is not going to happen by Simon. That he spent 1 million pounds on the Judicial Review it is up to you what do you want to believe.
A lawyer in this country can demand at least £500 per hour and that will be the lowest end. Top lawyers who were engaged in this case could easily charge much more and therefore £1 Million is a drop in the ocean. The C of HR was something that was suggested to the team as a possible next step and to make enquiries as to if it would
be worthwhile, no-one has come back to us with an answer and the trail has gone cold.
Crowd Justice is still taking contributions some as much as £100 or more, and it crossed my mind as to why people were still donating their money and for what, that is all. No mention as to their next move or in what direction, so do you think that is fair to the public? Stop telling people on this website to keep waking up, its not all about shouting from the rooftops, many who have a softly, softly monkey approach get better results. Wheels of the law grind slowly and we have to be patient which I know is hard, as BBJ has mentioned this has been going on for a very long time.
It all depend on what you consider to be a "top lawyer". Most os those considered "top lawyers" are lawyers who join the corrupted club of friends and influences but not merits.
A human rights tribunal is a wasted because our Government is not under the obligation of enforcing any decision made by that tribunal any longer. So what is the point of it, more false hope and time waste ? It is very obvious that the problem of today is originated from what it has been going on for a long time all over the world, but this time they are making a giant step and we are at present under a critical situation. In respect to a lawyer fee £500 per hour equals 2000 hour work on £1 million and £1000 per hour equals 1000 hours work on £1 miliion. Do you believe that Simon's case has taken 1000 hours to the solicitors ?
I did post months ago, asking for advice on whether a criminal case needs multiple complaints to the police to start it off. The CPS would have to allow for an investigation of the allegations made. (unless it is all cabal!) There was a post from a retired police officer who was making a similar move, but I didn't read of the outcome. Perhaps a few letters to the lawyers could ask the general question as to how members of the public (it would have to be more than one for effect) could start a criminal procedure. There must be a way of getting named perps into Court to defend themselves, which would be revealing to say the least!
Thinking about the Crowd Funded amount - are there plans to use it or will each donor have their donations returned?? The posts on this forum are read by a team and presumably Simon has relevant ones sent to him. So, please could we have replies to the questions raised above.
Anyone can bring a private prosecution to the Magistrate's Court and the Magistrate's Court will investigate the case as they do when the prosecution is brought by the police. So, that is not a problem, we don't need the police.
BBJ - I remember your post and wondered at the time whether anyone on this forum may be able to help. Out of the 14,000 users that Simon was proud to claim were using this site you would have thought that someone would have had a working knowledge of the law or even been a criminal lawyer. So far it is obvious
the the Justice system is corrupt and also being leant on by the criminals in the Govt to suppress any action against them. Getting them into court would be wonderful but lets not forget THEY are expert liars, but THE facts don't lie. Will have a go an see what I can do in contacting Simon.
