Well folks, this is what we are up against from the general public since the announcement:
'It's a pretty simple choice. Wear a mask to protect yourself and others, or be selfish and potentially end up on a ventilator.'
'Just wear a mask fgs it's not hard, stop being so damn selfish and stupid.'
'No Mask or No Face visor No Entrance. No Exceptions.'
'Anyone that claims they cannot wear a face mask or visor should be shielding and not going out shopping or using public transport.'
'Seriously why is it we and America seem to be the only ones with idiots who cant comply with simple things to protect people's lives.'
'If your medical problem is so severe you can't wear a mask for an hour in a shop perhaps you should be considering home deliveries instead of potentially infecting others with a virus you are not aware you have? '
'Army on door no mask no entry, if your not fit enough to use a mask then you should be at home shielding.'
'Security should be on hand to keep these idiots out. Police called and massive fine handed out.'
'If you think masks are useless you should be sent to work in a ward full of corona virus patients without wearing a mask. Don't worry as you know you'll be safe!'
'It just makes you feel sad at their total lack of intelligence, their ignorance, lack of compassion and total disregard for the rest of society and for the rule of law.'
'Where are the Covid Marshals we were promised? I'm hoping they are on rooftops with sniper rifles..'
'There is a lot more respected science on the side of wearing masks, than not. And it is simple, costs little and almost everyone can comply. Go on, do something unselfish for once. Save my granny.'
This is just the tip of the iceberg. There are literally thousands of these people. We have a very steep hill to climb!
Ermm..... Are you serious? What happened to personal choice. There is NO evidence that covid even exists in the form of a killer virus. It has failed all four Koch postulates - the system used to determine a virus. Therefore if it is not an 'official virus' it cant be legislated against. Therefore we do not have to follow any of the related laws. So that leaves the question of: When did the government get given the right to create life changing laws without having to prove their point. That is why we have a parliament today because of a civil war (actually two of them) against King Charles 1st. because he made laws on the basis that he just felt like it.
I wonder if you will feel the same when the army kick your door down at 3am to check your covid status or start installing cameras inside your home, to make sure you are following the rules.
It does NOT make you invalid because you cant wear a mask. I dont have to say this but my own experience of being tortured whilst in the army, means that I cannot stand any type of face covering without going into breathing difficulties etc. That does not preclude me from doing my shopping. Please tell me that you have posted this as a joke or that I have misread your post.
Your comments about the usefulness of masks are idiotic. The manufacturers themselves place a notice on the boxes stating that the masks are NOT for use in filtering covid. So please tell me what the point of using a useless mask is?
Further to your post, I have been asked by my carer to write this after she read your post. Are you saying that she should be forced to wear a mask or face prosecution or not allowed to leave her home because she cannot wear a mask?
You might reconsider when you hear that in her thirties she was gagged and raped and funny enough she has a bit of a problem with things around her face, her attacker was never prosecuted. But you are saying that she should not be allowed out?
You should be ashamed of yourself
Hello there stevehabberley. Not knowing our Grumpy Cat, you can be forgiven for going off on one, I would have too had I not had several conversations with her. Since muzzles have been forced upon us I don’t go anywhere indoors unfortunately though my husband has to for building materials and he has so much hassle, mainly from women behind the counter!! It is all so stressful. Just seeing the masked zombies everywhere is so sad especially the kids. He refuses to wear a mask no matter what but I hate it every time he has to fetch supplies 😫 I haven’t managed to open anyone’s eyes/ears, so I now have no one on my phone contact list as they all chose to ignore my findings etc. Hubby and I just say to each other “DOWN WITH UM’ Which is from Carry On at your convenience 😆 gives us a bit of light relief x
Calm down guys, Grumpy is a noble warrior and one of the finest here and you just have misread the post - these idiotic phrases are quoted comments (hence the '...') by brainwashed Covidians - literally what WE are up against when we go to shops.
If that is the truth and I have misread this wrong then I offer my sincere apologies and I hope we can continue with friendship. These comments were exactly the things that I have had thrown at me by the followers of BJ and his crew. I thought that this was more of the same crap. ...... SORRY!!
Nah, we fight this crap here... if you know what you are up against then it is easier to fight it.
I just say 'NO' and really nothing else.
Example:
'Do you have a mask' NO
'Wear a mask' NO
'Where's your mask' NO
'It is law to wear a mask' NO
I must admit that I just look at those guys, as if to say 'just try it!@ they tend to leave me alone but if one of those marshals get to cocky, because its usually those 'wannabe' policemen, that might be a different story.
Grumpy Cat, dark times ahead. How did we get here?
Sorry Grumpy Cat if I misread your post. Please forgive me
stevehabberly - That's ok. Friendship resumed. No, not resumed, we never lost it. ❤️ These are actual comments from the British public. I spent ages on this yesterday, and nearly missed my tea! I could have posted 'hundreds', but I didn't want to overwhelm everybody. They all read the same anyway. I found the odd dissenter, but not many unfortunately.
Great post GC.
Plenty of other places to shop - vote with your feet.
Asda is owned by Wall Mart and they are the last company we should be supporting anyway.
My ban from Waitrose has now been lifted for wearing my Hannibal Lector mask - but Waitrose is full of uptight middle class CovidBedWetters, so this is hardly an option either.
Tesco is in bed with the government so not my cup of tea either.
So that leaves Lidl in Littelhampton - perfect.
Lidl is great, no masks no queues and service with a smile.
Cannot get Martini, but there own brand is just as good.
I am even confident Mr Bond would agree.
Have a wonderful day my Feline Friend,
Laurence of Lidl.
Dear Asda - this one is for you : Congratulations.
People need to remember that a vast majority of comments on, say, the BBC HYS stories are from 77 brigade and such. Designed to nudge you into following the herd. There are plenty on here also. Once you know how to spot them it’s pretty easy but that doesn’t come close to stopping them. Most of the public have no idea about said ‘nudge units’, ‘behavioural insights team’, ‘Mindspace’ document etc
Trying to fight these guys at their own game, we will lose. The best thing to do is to ignore them and the herd and carry on with dignity and humanity. Our day will come
Is it just me or what, but it seems like more and more people are wearing masks on the streets? Are they just too lazy to remove it between shops and when using public transport? Or, are they just getting dumber? The only good thing about it is that it keeps reminding me that the devils are still at work.
I think it is the constant brainwashing and pressure being put on them, some ARE just plain sheep and will follow the herd instinct.
I have noticed that in virtually every one of the Covid laws(?)" the government has provided a way out, ie if you look hard enough, you will discover that there is a part in a section that kills the whole thing dead (if you were to quote that part to some jobs worth!) and indeed I have been out and about, in and out of shops/banks, even a hospital for treatment and have not yet been ordered (haha.... just let them try!) to wear a mask.
I think that the people you describe are, in the most case too lazy to research things and would just prefer to put the mask on, if only for a quiet life. One discussion I was involved in was "just put the mask on, it doesn't make much difference and you get a quiet life..." That is the problem.....anything for a quiet life!
I pointed out that when the soldiers are knocking on the door, maybe installing cameras in the home just to check on things, will they still be happy with their quiet life because that is what appeasement will bring, they just say 'that wont happen'. Well 12 months ago, would they have expected all that is happening now?
Anyone know where I can buy a cattle prod because its going to be needed to inject some fight in most of them!
It is amusing but you have to feel sorry for them. Mask holes don’t realise that in their ignorance they’re part of the destruction to create a new world
@stevehabberleyIf you think about why the majority of sheeple follow the advice currently and don’t think any further than ‘will I fit in?’ I wouldn’t hold out for any fight!! 😆
MickeyG - No it's not just you. I've noticed it everywhere I go. Even a few weeks ago in the lovely warm sunny weather, people were masked up to the hilt. The Government and Media have done a real 'job' on the British public.
If it wasn't for the fact that I will be dragged down with them, I would simply leave them to it but by doing that, we all go under. We must fight those appeasers every bit as we fight the government itself.
I have often thought that if we had these people in the country in 1939, we would all be speaking German by now.
My sister manages a bowling alley, at the weekends they have agency security staff, i.e. doormen stopping really drunk people coming in. She was chatting to one of the doormen last week who told her what BS he thinks the whole masks thing is. The other day, a family of 5 come in, all maskless, and claiming exemptions, my delighted sister shows them to their spot, then half an hour later, the mother came up to her, all upset, saying the doorman (note, has left his perch on the door) has been harassing the family, asking for proof of their medical exemption. Obviously, she apologised profusely to the family, and then had a word with the fella quietly, telling him he had absolutely no right to demand that from the family, that his job was purely to stay by the door, and that anything to do with masks etc. was beyond his job description - and he kept on maintaining his outrage that they were blatantly lying! My point is, I think some of the worst enforcers are people who don't agree with it anyway..
@Wren is it Jenny Wren by the way? (!)
Thats the way I see it. People are people so Covid or no covid, there will still be good uns and bad uns
Wren - 'I think some of the worst enforcers are people who don't agree with it anyway.' Yes, in the States especially. I'm keeping a list of MP's who have been caught out not obeying their own rules. Four so far that I know of, but there will be more I'm sure creeping out of the woodwork. Good old Stanley Johnson, a trooper for the cause!
Sounds like this guy needs a bit of instruction on the human rights and Equality laws
