This is an extract from the Anti-Empire Newsletter today, on an event which happened this month.
'Two men accused of planning an anti-lockdown protest in Melbourne have had their homes raided and been arrested. Officers seized phones and a computer, charging a 41-year-old Mooroolbark man with incitement.'
' Premier Daniel Andrews said the harsh restrictions were the “only way” the state would drive down cases.' ( He obviously hasn't been looking at what's going on in Sweden then!!) Makes you so angry!
Thanks!
I am not for a minute implying that this shit isn't happening, but there is something off about this photo - pity the res is so low. Could be that more 'cops' have been added - if it is faked then they have done a pretty good job....but still I am seeing certain, let's say interesting features. Are your family in Australia on board or are they believers - do you get direct news from the horse's mouth?
bryan - I got the photo from The New Daily. It's an Australian rag. However if you want to subscribe to the 'other side' I do recommend TOTT News. It's Australia's answer to UK Column. Have a look and see what you think. You can subscribe for free if you want to have a look at their articles. If you do, I would gladly welcome your comments. I have family in Australia, hence my interest, but I am also very concerned with what's coming out of Melbourne.
Oh absolutely! Keep highlighting!
Where did you source this photo from?
bryan - Personally, I don't think it's a story to deter others. It happened this month and was widely published. It didn't give their names, but did give their ages and where they lived. One of them is bailed to appear in court on 21st January. I agree in this virtual world you have to take a lot of what is said with a pinch of salt. I was just trying to highlight what is going on in Melbourne. The police there can enter your home without a warrant, take away your property and even your children. They have become like the 'Gestapo'. I don't think this is fiction, but I would love to be proved wrong! Below, a postcard from Melbourne:
I wonder if those arrested are named? - could be a story to deter others. Which makes one equally angry of course.
The world we live in so 'virtual' yet becomes 'real' in most people's eyes. Very few now do anything based on the evidence of their own senses.
