I have been following this lawyer in Germany for a week or two although I must stress I am not a lawyer.
His name is Reiner Füllmich and he is filing a class action case in the US on behalf of German companies against the inventor of the SARS-Cov-2 RT-PCR test, the head of the Robert Koch Institute and the WHO for damages.
Here is a clip where he describes what he is doing
https://beforeitsnews.com/politics/2020/09/is-pcr-test-for-covid-19-medical-fraud-3211711.html
His website is here
https://www.corona-schadensersatzklage.de.
Now he has been talking to various medical experts about the test and he already has several well qualified immunologists and virologists backing him. In addition if you go here we have this section which is relevant for UK companies. First in German, the translation follows.
Can companies from abroad join?
In principle, all companies worldwide effected by the same damaging event can join a class action lawsuit in the USA (this concerns the lockdowns caused solely by the PCR tests that are completely unsuitable and also not approved for the detection of infection). Only companies that are based in Germany or earn income in Germany and also pay tax here can register on this website. Similar initiatives in other countries are supported by us, and our foreign colleagues will also receive the necessary reports and expert opinions, testimony, etc. from us.
As you can see they are willing to share expert opinions and testimony.
Would it not be a good idea to do something similar here and join forces with them? I would willing donate to a crowdfund and I am sure we could get a lot of people, not just here, but elsewhere to do the same.
Simon Dolan has the contacts. It seems like an excellent idea because Füllmich has a very strong case.
No it's not. The test is merely detecting a strand of RNA that already exists within the body and has been excreted from the cell. Viruses are exosomes. The virologists know this. They simple continue to ignore the significance of the new research they have made over the last 30 years, but more likely they are corrupt and know if they continue with the farce of using PCR to 'detect' a virus and claim that is isolation they can make a lot of money. After all, why do you need to amplify a virus billions of times in order to detect it? A virus, by their definition, can only be harmful if it is found in abundance within the infected person. I have read a lot of Stefan Lanka's work on Germ theory. It is quite clear it is all nonsense pushed by the allopathic medical system founded by the Rockefeller's to make enormous sums of money and to control the ignorant masses. Sorry to say this, but that is what they are.
Put it this way. How is it that children are entirely immune to this virus but they claim they need to vaccinate them with a myriad of vaccines because they have such under developed immune systems? And yet they don't succumb to this 'deadly' virus? The entire theory they are pushing is nonsensical.
Small/medium companies not doing the same thing because they have no idea about this. Most people in this country are ignorant so don't expect a huge rise in knowledge about this in people. Most of the times, people read 1 newspaper article or hear 1 news from Tv, or just hear something from by passing people and they think they know everything now. I spent researching about this covid-19 since mid April till now and still searching for 1 thing. Evidence of it's existence. So far non like you saying. But there is 1 document that comes close to pretending to know the virus DNA code. It's called protocol real time assay for diagnosing sars-cov2, there they actually publishing a 18 digit DNA code for the "virus". You can find it pretty easily. But then on the other hand, when you look at primary assembly of homo sapiens chromosome 8, at the very bottom after the chain reaction called "origin", you'll find that these 2 codes are identical. And i don't think that this is a coincidence. You ?
No that was my mistake. They are filing suit against Christian Drosten , the head of the RKI and the WHO.
When I said the inventor of the test , I didn't mean the PCR test itself. I meant this specific test devised by Drosten et al.
Detection of 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) by real-time RT-PCR

Some excerpts.
Under Results
"Before public release of virus sequences from cases of 2019-nCoV, we relied on social media reports announcing detection of a SARS-like virus. We thus assumed that a SARS-related CoV is involved in the outbreak. We downloaded all complete and partial (if > 400 nt) SARS-related virus sequences available in GenBank by 1 January 2020. The list (n = 729 entries) was manually checked and artificial sequences (laboratory-derived, synthetic, etc), as well as sequence duplicates were removed, resulting in a final list of 375 sequences."
Just before Methods
"In the present case of 2019-nCoV, virus isolates or samples from infected patients have so far not become available to the international public health community. We report here on the establishment and validation of a diagnostic workflow for 2019-nCoV screening and specific confirmation, designed in absence of available virus isolates or original patient specimens. Design and validation were enabled by the close genetic relatedness to the 2003 SARS-CoV, and aided by the use of synthetic nucleic acid technology."
So they ASSUMED a SARS-like virus had been detected and on this basis derived a 'virus' that they used to create the test. They have never actually seen the 'real' virus nor have they ever had a sample of it in their laboratory. It's a virtual laboratory artefact. It doesn't actually exist in the real world.
This is why the case is so strong and if they get a Trump judge with discovery they must have an excellent chance of success. This is why I do not understand why small/medium size companies in this country are not doing the same thing.
There is one more crowfund court case, which in my opinion is a bit better because it is bit more about the law and they asking for evidence instead of just making a pushback simply because Simon don't want to follow the guidance and he senses that it is a fraud.
Have a read through:
And like you said, that there is a lawsuit "against the inventor of the SARS-Cov-2 RT-PCR test"... I am not sure if this comes as a mistake of translation or this is a genuine mistake by people who are filing this lawsuit, but Kary B. Mullins - the inventor of those PCR tests died last year.
But even if he would be alive, you wouldn't file a lawsuit against him as he was against is invention, the PCR test used as a diagnostic tool for HIV virus already back in a days.
And live interview with Mullins:
Agree and based on my knowledge of the PCR test we absolutely need to do something about this.
