Wonder if anyone here with legal experience would like to work out ways to support the following claim:
"I signed the Great Barrington Declaration, this was a legel commitment against lockdown and suppression strategies. I am therefore exempt from all lockdown regulations, as per the "can break this regulation to fulfil a legal obligation" clause they all have, as I would be breaking my signed contract with Gupta if I obeyed such unproductive nonsense as Downing Street are dictating."
I think it might be a good excuse for breaking all and any of the illegitimate ministerial diktats (masquerading as laws despite having: not been voted on by both commons and lords, not been drafted by competent experts, not been subjected to impact assessments, not been proposed well ahead of time to allow for scrutiny and filing of public comments) as a "legal obligation" claue exists in every single one of them. Even if this argument isn't legal according to whatever the (corrupted) judiciary decide then if enough people make it and stick by it enforcement of laws gets made impractical, above some critical threshold a population who obeys alternative laws has built up a herd immunity to ministerial laws.
Was also thinking about producing copies of this which people could wear on a lanyard and such, like the greenband redband idea https://greenbandredband.com/ . I'm not anti-mask (I think they're useless, stupid and creepy, but I reserve my real hate for those panicdemic measures which violate liberty mroe intrusively), but for any who are I suspect such a "Great Barrington marker" could confuse any door blocking mask-enforcer for long enough to get past them while the read the text on it.
