Was wondering - as a 2nd wave seems inevitable (and definitely promised) - would people like to share their health tips? What have y'all changed in your routine and habits to try and stay healthy and keep your immune system strong?
I have a cupboard full of remedies.... 1 is a Zinc spray. Saw this article today, it reminds me I need to order the Quercetin to go with it. Has anyone found a liquid form of Quercetin?:
I guess now is the time to stock up on Liposomal C, Vit D and so on before they sell out come the winter.

I and my family have been taking vitamin D3 supplements for over 2 year and during that time have had no colds or Flu. Strangely it also seems to have improved my hay fever allergy. Out of interest I have researched this on the internet an there is a lot of information saying it helps with the immune system and in particular with viral infections of the respiratory system. Due to the lack of sun in this country, especially during winter, a very high number of people are deficient. People with dark skin, which filters more uv from the sun, are at an even higher risk and should be told by their GP to take vitamin D supplement. (see NHS site)
