This might have been covered elsewhere, but can i suggest that we get formal letters sent to every chief constable and the home secretary to get details on where the fines are going. We have seen one man in Birmingham trace the fines being collected as going to private companies set up be senior police officers and pocketing the money. We firstly need the official police and government positions and then ask the legal teams what we can do to expose and defeat this practice.
Yes, that is correct. A guy postes a video about it. We can write, but I would guess that they are all corrupt - you might get the odd one who will do something. I did read yesterday that Manchester police force has been put into "special measures" because they have failed to report and investigate about 80,000 crimes - to busy bashing innocent folk on the head who are only trying to defend their rights and those of other people. I will try and find the company named, but one of the directors in the Chief Constable of Lancashire, so no point writing to him.
