KEEP BRITAIN FREE
This man....Kevin Annett... is a courageous whistleblower and has an interesting background.I recommend his books.I heard about the above and have his Common Law book but not read it yet....thanks for posting.Brilliant.
Do you know if we have managed to set up any Common Law Assemblies here yet in the UK? I know there has been talk.......
This is excellent. As far as I'm aware we don't live in a dictatorship (yet); being governed by consent. As convoluted as our system of governance, and the manner in which it, along with OUR rights, may be, there must be some legal basis for this. Canada is after all a commonwealth country whose legal system is based on an evolved version of our own.
we are currently NOT being governed by consent hence KEEP BRITAIN FREE!
@Sheila Jacklin Agreed Sheila, we're all on the same same side here. Hence the (yet), I am aware of the deception being enacted upon us by our tyrannical government. This scamdemic being just the latest symptom of the way the world seems ultimately, to be run by an unelected, self serving, few, of inordinate wealth and influence.
@mickzen dear mickzen, with respect, the point is ...we are in a dictatorship headed by Johnson, Hancock etc. They are tyrants and until we can challenge them legally[ initially ] yet again with the KBF appeal they will continue unchecked. And with all effective dictatorships the government use the police to control us. If anyone 'misbehaves' then the police can cart them off..this happened to Piers Corbyn, for the third time on Saturday .Tyrants/dictators pass laws [ The Coronavirus act] without consent.Of course we're on the same side.
what about Article 61 Magna Carta? as called "Lawful rebellion" ?
"Article 61 shows quite clearly who really holds the power in this country, that being quite simply us the people; we have Sovereignty not any Parliament and nor can this be taken from us by any Parliament who claim to have taken the people’s Sovereignty. As defined above any act passed by a Parliament to remove the power the people possess, or to remove the power from the point of constraint we invested the power in, is invalid as it falls outside of the constraint laid down by Common/Constitutional Law."
