I am challenging the Director of Public Health regarding visiting for residents in care homes. Currently one visitor per family, masks, forms to fill out. Three 'spies' listening in. No touching. These are old people in the last months or years of life. Divisive and absolutely cruel.

Well said
And bloody sad. These elderly, some may have fought for our freedom and now find themselves locked up and kept away from family members. They have no voice so it is up to us to now fight for them, their liberty and to be with them in their twilight years.
These elderly folks are also the ones that, if they could, would by joining KBF.
So let's unite and fight this tyrannical beaurocratic bollocks.
Pure evil
Thank you very much
Here's an article you can arm yourself with...

All for a 'cold'. Dictatorship nothing less. No deaths with COVID no one ill. Quite a few last winter though, no one batted an eye. Pure control
Am totally with you on this.
These visits are very stressful especially if your father has dementia and is deaf. Sitting two metres apart and wearing a mask makes communication extremely difficult.
I would also add that window visits for a non contact family member now have to be prebooked, stand two metres back and the window must be closed.
Hilarious if it wasn't so sad.
