Remember, according to social distancing, shop staff cannot “touch” you or come within 1 metre .... and if you refuse to wear a mask in their shop they cannot physically throw you out, but can only call the police to enforce a government 'guideline'. The big problem for the police is that that would be breaking the Law if they tried to enforce a 'guideline', because police can only legally enforce Criminal Law.
If the police detain you, or arrest you because .... you have refused to cooperate, they are then guilty of unlawful detention, which comes under the criminal code of 'kidnapping'. If they try to fine you, without first 'kidnapping' you, you are not obliged to give them any information, not even your name, and without your name they cannot issue a fine.
If they find out your name, ... and then issue a fine, you can simply state that you refuse to accept or pay any fine and they will then be obliged to caution you, which would be totally illegal since you will not have committed any crime (guidelines being optional to follow) and again, they would not be enforcing any law.
Know the difference: Guidelines come under 'civil law' and crimes come under 'criminal law'. The police are not allowed to enforce 'civil law' - only the local authority and the civil courts can attempt to do that. So, demand that the Court issue you with a date for an appearance, and when/if you go to court your defence will be illegal detention and kidnapping, and in the civil court you will be able to demand substantial compensation as a counter-claim from the police, plus insist that criminal charges are brought against the arresting and detaining officers. ......
PS: Ensure you use your phone and record the whole event.....

The second wave has already been flagged up by the WHO and by Bill Gates. The whole thing was planned and rehearsed by 192 countries. A significant population reduction agenda is I believe already underway, genocide is not too strong a word for it. The control measures being forced upon us is the new normal that they want to create.
Big business has such a hold over governments that the world population now amount to assets and liabilities on their balance sheets. Unfortunately for those of us over 50 we count as liabilities.
Not sure if anyone has seen this:
BUTTAR ON MASKS AND 2ND WAVE +5G
Just received this: https://youtu.be/289tqAdgIcM Wear a mask or I will physically assault you (British Transport Police)
I still think this would bring things to a halt within a week:
Far too many people would start twittering and chattering and investigating....we cant be far now from a tipping point with all the Adrenochrome/Pedo info flying around, which implicates people in very high places....plenty of children being taken to parties in Whitehall.....so we hear on Shaun Attwood....
This is the achilles heel of the Elite....keep the pressure on and do your best envisioning of Maxwell singing like a canary.....once this topic goes mainstream the plutonic rage of the decent people will erupt....
Anna Brees is trying her best to get the intel out as fairly and as cleanly as she can.....
Great post and thread thank you !!!
Five points
Get your face covering exemption cards here https://hiddendisabilitiesstore.com/ As store staff do not have rights to hallenge you, you can choose.. wear the card hanging from a lanyard or put it in your wallet, which is your right as a private individual and you can show any appropriate figures of authority if the situation escalates, whil empowering other
Are you exempt?? well, would feeling lilike a slave and having your oxygen reduced seriously distress you?, ... then you are :-) I shall go around every shop in my town with my KBF flyers, and also raise awareness of the exemption scheme at the same time
If Covid is so 'dangerous' that the government decrees our breath must be caught in masks/muzzles/'coughy filters' ... then, bearing in mind people who have COUGHED on other people have been in trouble with police, surely discarding a mask in public should be considered a criminal offence, it is potentially manslaughter. Surely we should call the emergency services each and every time we see a discarded mask or other face covering on the ground , and request the area be sealed and decontaminated immediately? Plus demand surgical waste yellow bins on every street, at the exit to every store and to be given to every home for use weekly.
If challenged by police, I shall state that in my opinion depriving citizens of oxygen by enforcing face coverings and the kneeing of George Floyd, which allegedly led to his death by depriving HIM of oxygen.. only differ by degree. So if they want to fine me I want their details to formally complain (backed up by Article 6 of the UNESCO Declaration of Bioethics and Human Rights)
And finally, if you feel you must wear a mask, and use a bra cup, make sure you use the left side.. you don't want to go out looking like a right tit!
Hold your horses everybody.
I may be wrong on a very important point.
It looks like the gov has passed the statutory instrument
Can some legal eagle confirm this pls?
https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020/791/contents/made
OMG! If that is law now then the only thing we can do is refuse to comply and seek out shops who are not falling in line.
We have to focus on exposing the big lie that we have an ongoing pandemic.
And campaigning against 5G because they can produce a real pandemic by switching on 5G all over the country - some places have already been switched over
They are not putting their livelihoods on the line. No legislation has been passed as on 23 July 2020. It is government recommended policy like "Take 5 a day" or "Go to work on an egg".
The government is relying on smoke and mirrors plus lashings of propaganda to manipulate people into doing that the gov wants without actually passing any laws. We should at least force the gov to pass the legislation first. I'm not saying they won't follow through with a Statutory Instrument but right now, we need to force the big companies to admit they are enforing company policy rather than pretending they are the innocent party that has to comply with the law.
The government is deliberately destroying the economy and bankrupt all business bar the multinational corporations. It is not happenstance. It's been planned long ago. People need to get up to speed on the New World Order. It's been published on the internet. Rockefeller is the one behind this one but they all work together against 99% of the population. If you are interested, here are the links. But for those who are only just waking up, it may be too challenging to take in.

We can't expect small businesses to put their necks and livelihoods on the line without showing we are 100% behind them. Today i went to my local Saturday Farmer's Market and EVERY shopper was in masks. I wanted to cry, really.
At the moment, people are frightened and intimidated. And nobody knows where they stand legally. That last article is very clear in laying the finger of blame on the shops.
Small businesses do not have access to good legal advice. They can't afford the costs. So they rely on government propaganda. But the large supermarket chains know full well what they are doing. IMO the large chains are giving the impression to us that they are merely complying with the legislation. According to that article dated 23 July 2020, no Statutory Instrument has been passed yet.
We should rip that fig leaf that these large supermarket chains (eg Tesco) are hiding behind. Make them admit it is internal company policy which they are enforcing. Then we shame them on social media.
This is the email I sent to Tesco tonight.
I suggest others here take up the cudgel and email all the large chains and force them to admit it is internal company policy which they are enforcing on their customers
Anyone with me on this?
Unfortunately smaller shop owners are caught in the crossfire. If they flout government regulations they run the risk of getting shut down. As shoppers avoid stores it drives trade to the likes of Amazon, which increases their dominance in the market.
A degree of understanding is required on behalf of the shopper and the shop keeper. It is their responsibility to point out the law and equally their responsibility to you as an individual to respect your assertion that you have a condition that precludes the wearing of a face covering, over assertive challenging can worsen that condition, as I found out recently.
The sooner this farce is brought to an end the better.
This is an excellent article which explains the situation.
Walk away from shops who do not want your business.
Please disseminate this article so that everyone knows exactly where they stand
I'd rather shop at Amazon and have the goods delivered to my door.
I've heard they're extending their range to include fresh food
Simon Dolan should pin this article on the home page

When one wishes to engage in a battle, one must first identify the enemy
Face coverings in shops: it’s all about store policy and its reward or punishment – so don’t make excuses to be allowed in
......what the UK Government’s so-called coronavirus restrictions regulation concerning face coverings in shops in England essentially amounts to is the suggestion of store policy for businesses (to be adopted or not as any particular business see fit).
... come the 24th July, there would have been 10 days since the initial announcement of the regulation clearly means that there has been a lengthy gestation period in which the public has had a lot of time to be anxious. In fact, it would be accurate to say that the public has been overwhelmed by the talking point in all corners of corporate, alternative and social media. It therefore struck the author that, having created a deal of psychosis in a public fearing an impending monstrous imposition, the UK Government would not in the end even have to legislate for people to wear a mask in a shop. They would do it because they believed it was a real requirement.
At the crux of what is essentially yet another magic trick, then, are two factors: i) the public has generally been convinced about the inevitability of face coverings, and ii) shops have essentially been persuaded that they need to expect lots of customers wearing masks. This has all been done through an initial announcement in the House of Commons, and UK Government guidance. Additionally, in the case of the public .... intense media coverage has been pivotal. Indeed, such is the good job that has been done in the traumatising and the hypnotising of the public that the just mentioned guidance is believed by many people to be the absent legislation
some shop management (especially amongst supermarkets) will undoubtedly say to itself, “the majority of our customers will be wearing masks, so we will implement policy according to Government guidance so that this commonality of attitude is not made jealous, agitated, or upset by those who would rebel”. And there it is: compulsory wearing of masks in certain shops achieved without legislation. Instead, all that was fundamentally required was huge amounts of exposure of the public to an idea that was fed to them remorselessly by, and in every variety of media.
Imagine, ....that UK Government doesn’t in the end create the Statutory Instrument that orders the obligatory wearing of face coverings in the shops. Imagine it is in this context that you want to go into a supermarket, but are prevented from doing so at the door because you are not wearing a mask. If you point out that there is no law against not wearing a mask, it doesn’t matter. You won’t be allowed in because it will be store policy based on what the supermarket has interpreted as Government guidance. To reiterate: the wearing of face coverings in shops is purely a matter of policy.
ook back at what chief coronahoax criminal and Health Secretary, Matt Hancock, said
What is essentially being done here is instruction – or guidance, if you like – given to shops to refuse entry at the door. It is also instruction to call police to deal with a person or people who might prove to be undesirable on a shop’s premises. But the really significant line is in the second paragraph: it says, basically, these things are what shops would normally do. Exactly; they can deny access and service according to policy, and they can invite police onto their premises to deal with customers who they would consider to be trespassing.
what is important to understand is that because police involvement would be strictly dependent on a shop calling for intervention along normal lines – and note that the chair of the National Police Chiefs’ Council has said that “retailers would be expected to refuse entry to customers without masks, and only call police ‘as a last resort’” – then it means that there is no legal pressure on shops to adopt the policy that is being urged upon them by UK Government. To put it another way, there is no punitive measure to be taken against shops for not making it a store policy whereby access and service is denied anyone refusing to wear a mask.
So, here are the fundamentals of the issue. Either a shop will let you in without a mask, and then serve you without a mask, or it will not. If a shop insists on a mask, either at the door, or at any other time when you are on the shop’s premises, then it’s because it is the store policy. There is no shop under any pressure from UK Government to enforce any regulation that may or may not have been published by 24th July. So, your beef, if you didn’t want to wear a mask and you were being required to do so, would be with the business. It wouldn’t, at that particular moment, be with UK Government
As for the shop that is essentially implementing a policy that you do not agree with, the normal way for any self-respecting person to react would be take their custom elsewhere – and this is indeed what must be done...... Remember, this would be about abiding with shop policy ....... if you can go somewhere else to get it, then walk away from the shop.
........ the claiming of medical exemption (without legitimacy) in order to get into shops. .....gives power to the illusory regulation. The exemption at issue is not really one from legislation, it is exemption from the application of a shop’s policy, and there’s a really strong objection to be had about it: if you are inventing excuses to get into a store that you shouldn’t be giving your custom to, then what the hell are you doing? The exemption should be claimed by people who qualify for it, and have no other choice but to visit a store where policy is for face masks to be worn.
Maybe Simon Dolan might pin the toolkit on his page of useful info
It's from a website maintained by lawyers

Just denied entrance into a Sainsburys, just tried to call for clarification that they are enforcing the rule but there is only an automated message. I'm in south east London.
Just found this from a website run by "a group of concerned lawyers dedicated to separating the Law from the Fiction, particularly in relation to the current Coronavirus lockdown."

Face covering for 6 to 12 months from 24th July
SHAME SHAME SHAME on Aldi or any other shop enforcing this truly absurd rule
From the Suns website
McDonald’s said takeaway customers will need to wear face coverings but those who eat in the restaurant will not. How does that make any kind of sense common or otherwise. It's crap food anyway.
Police have already said they won’t be enforcing the wearing of masks in shops.
I just had to laugh. In the comments of this Sun article someone wrote:
"The police have set up an emergency phone number for Liberals to report non compliant Far Right extremist shoppers for not wearing masks. It's 666".
Most of the comments by the general public to this article leaned heavily towards that the wearing of masks makes no sense at all.
This is more about gauging the level of fear that has been generated and to see if they need to ramp it up. This gentleman puts very well.

This is from the regulations (issued yesterday- https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020/791/made/data.pdf):- 5.—(1) Where a relevant person considers that another person is, at the time of entering the relevant place, not wearing a face covering, in contravention of the requirement in regulation 3, the relevant person may deny entry to the relevant place to that person. (2) Where a relevant person considers that a person is not wearing a face covering, in contravention of the requirement in regulation 3, the relevant person may— (a) direct that person to wear such a covering; (b) direct that person to leave the relevant place. (3) Where a person does not comply with a direction given to them by a constable under paragraph (2)(b), the constable may remove them from the relevant place.
A relevant person is defined as this:- (9) In these Regulations— “relevant person” means— (a) a constable; (b) a police community support officer; (c) in relation to any transport hub from or to which a TfL public transport service is provided, a TfL officer; (d) a person designated by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this regulation.
So a shop employee (or owner) is not obliged to, and cannot force you to wear a mask.
And for clarity purposes, a face covering (aka mask) is defined as the following:- “face covering” means a covering of any type which covers a person’s nose and mouth" No mention of weave/aperture size; so I may well be fabricating one from fruit netting!
I hope this helps.
Our UK Government and MSM have not reported this new study
https://swprs.org/a-swiss-doctor-on-covid-19/ According to the latest immunological studies, the overall lethality of Covid-19 (IFR) is about 0.1% and thus in the range of a severe influenza (flu).
For people at high risk or high exposure (including health care workers), early or prophylactic treatment is essential. In countries like the US, the UK, and also Sweden (without a lockdown), overall mortality since the beginning of the year is in the range of a strong influenza season; in countries like Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, overall mortality is in the range of a mild influenza season.
