Paper Vax Pass in Wales

Anyone know how to, or have a pdf template or copy for the welsh vax passport?

I don't own a mobile for the digital version, and to order a paper version form the nhs site it says you need both vaccination's, and I don't want any jabs sorry.

A group of people I know want to do a night out to a club, and I don't want to be the only one left out.

If it were just me by myself I'd go for a night out in England, where none of this nonsense exists.

I'm asking if anyone knows a way round this ?

Here's the number to ring: Call 0300 303 5667 to request a COVID Pass if you are unable to use the digital NHS COVID Pass. Tell them you want some answers! Personally I would never go to any venue that wanted to know my private medical details, but I'm not one to tell others what to do. Good luck!

Venues that are clubs are forced to comply in Wales it's not their choice, I'm sure most would rather not.

Its not I couldn't find the nhs number, rather I haven't had any vaccinations so they'd unlikely send a certificate.

I was asking if anybody had a copy or a fake one I could print out?

@mishashell2 - Sorry I can't help you with that one. However it's up to the NHS to supply paper evidence, vaxxed or un-vaxxed. Not everybody has a smart phone. Me included. Fortunately I don't live in Wales, but if it was me, I wouldn't give up until I got an answer. It's discrimination against people who haven't got an Android. Sometimes I rue the day mobile phones were invented. Only last week, my 89 year old Mum had her gas boiler serviced and the workman wouldn't give her a paper receipt. 😦
