So in Simon judicial reveiw on school closures it was put that schools didn't actualy have to close at all. Soooo who was it then that decided to close schools? All the local councils? The education board? Or all the head teachers from each school?
Reason I ask this is because if they were to decide to close schools again and it's not the gov making that decision then ud like to know who exactly to contact to say hey the gov hasn't made it mandatory to close schools it's just a request bug you don't need to do it. Yoh know what I mean? Getting an answer from Simon himself would be helpful on this topuc
My daughters secondary school shut yesterday, one of several around here, and we live on the south coast.
I seem to remember that in the first court meeting, the 'government's' barrister said 'schools weren't closed, they were open' Presumably, he was referring to schools being open for 'front-line workers'. !!!! Legal training covers verbal wriggling. The Minster for Education (a misnomer of a name) is one of the named persons in the legal challenge on 29th, next week.
Surely parents have to have written reasons why a school is closing? Some staff are extremely stressed in having to be complicit with the psychological abuse of children and older students via the masks, rules etc which are inherent in the psy/op. With half-term next week, maybe an early escape from the stress!
