As much as I'd like to think this was a step in the right direction, these numbers are pretty small in such a big country - those kinds of figures are probably part of a normal turnaround in staff. Being freaked out by small numbers at the National Level is something we need to avoid, right?

Hi LondonTokyo🙂
Yes I suppose the numbers are small in the grand scheme of things but I try and post positive things when I do post ..which is quite rare..forums arent my thing normally and I am new to online etiquette which is probably obvious to most people on here😉, but we find ourselves in unchartered times and ....a good friend put it very succinctly to me at the weekend..."negativity doesn't empower " which I thought was a really good way of putting it. Although the numbers are small I am the eternal optimist and ever hopeful of a snowball effect so i just keep rolling and hoping it grows 😄

I THINK IT IS IMPORTANT TO POST POSITIVE NEWS OTHERWISE THINGS JUST SEEM OVERWHELMING IT can inspire and motivate people to do good things
These are high level staff, which I think makes their leaving significant, hopefully in a positive way.
