Excellent article about Lancet study by Will Jones on The Conservative Woman (they have excellent writers) : July 26: needless to say the media are ignoring it:
Lockdowns were never even meant to save lives, when the panicdemic started they were marketed as a temporary measure to (un-necessarily as we see both in hindsight and could see at the time) reduce burden on hospitals. Funny how the zealots chanegd tune once the lockdown had started to "this saves lives, kep it up forever". Glad that some authors in the Lancet have decency to admit that a measure designed to spread deaths over a longer period did not save lives, next we need to see more admissions that it didn't even act much to slow the spread and lower the curve's peak.
