With respect there would be little point to me stating my full name here, I'm not a doctor or any kind of professional. If I were a professional with knowledge about what is going on I wouldn't do it here anyway. Full address? why would anyone do that? They would know it anyway through your name. Doctors could do it in groups, although there are many doctors in other countries around the world that have done it alone - Dr. Andrew Kaufman springs to mind. All of the doctors and professionals here did it early on, with alot to lose by following their knowledge and conscience.

@Busker Exactly. I stood up to bullies two years ago and walked out of my job because I disagreed with their policy. Probably the fifth time in my life. Dr. Vernon Coleman did it - over something with far less importance (compared to what we're faced with now.) I'm beginning to lose respect for doctors and nurses.
