Hi
Please find attached a copy of a letter sent to my local NHS board.
I decided to send this in the hope that by requesting it to be included in my NHS records, it is an 'official' rejection of the tests / vax for Covid. It then occurred to me that if enough people sent similar rejection letters to their own health boards, there would be an 'official' record of numbers of people rejecting the same.
I am not sure if it will achieve anything but its an area that has not been attacked yet (as far as I know anyway) so it might be worth a go.

Steve - Thanks for posting this, and I will certainly take it on board. We need something official in writing and more importantly, witnessed. The same goes for being classed as a 'Covid' case. I am due an operation, but heaven knows when I will get it, as the NHS seem to have been told to clear out their beds ready for the next 'Covid wave'. If I die on the operating table or within 28 days, and have tested 'positive' for the virus, that will be put on my death certificate, and not the actual cause of death. I absolutely refuse! I want to stipulate that in writing to the NHS before any procedures commence. I don't want a test full stop, but I don't think they will go ahead with any treatment without me having one. A lot of people write to their MPs, but I send copies of anything relevant to my local NHS in East Lancashire as well, as they are the ones that are carrying out the Government's 'dictat'.
