Tests that make 'cases' in the UK
If the false-positive rate is 1%, and the actual incidence of the disease in the population is 0.1%, then if you get a positive test you have only a one in ten chance of actually having the disease (because for every true positive you will get 10 false positives). This reliability rate gets worse as the disease becomes rarer.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
Not to mention that people who are not sick are being tested and told they have ... what is it now? Covid or coronavirus? What does this mean, that people are either sick and too stupid to know it or 'asymptomatic' which says that you are a biohazard with the ability to 'infect others' so 'for the benefit of your fellow citizen you must...'. It's nonsense. Let's also get on to those who may go on to simulate illness because they have received a test result. From the beginning with the weak 'symptoms' of 'fever' (really, feeling a bit hot to the touch) and cough, it was suspect, now they've done away with basic functions of the human body being indicators of this 'illness', now you don't need them, you just need to test positive and i'm not sure what it means and i suspect no one does. You can't win either way, if the test is looking for antibodies one would think means immunity but this isn't allowed because it compromises the case for the vaccine. This is what happens when the state assume authority over our health, they assume authority over our bodies and what it's basic functioning means, we're being pathologised. The test means nothing, the 'result' means nothing, even if you do have flu, the test hasn't detected it, you should be able to detect that. The human body is not a disease to be cured.

They would not say what the actual false-positive rate is, but estimate it as 0.4% however based on previous experience with PCR it could be as hight as 4%. High chances are that most of currently reported positives are false.
So, here we are, more tests = more positives = more lockdowns = more tests to justify the lockdowns = more positives = .....
