Possible problem with this site, logged in today after a week or so since my last visit, and found that all the chats I had had over that personal message functionality were not showing. Simply the option to start a new chat. have others had this issue? Might there be a log file on the server somewhere from which these chats can be restored? Or must we begin again with any dicussion we had via them? Thanks

Chat function was working for a while but has faield again some time before today. All old messages not viewable, but judging by what hapened last time still hidden away somewhere waiting to reappear when they fix this recurrent issue.
yes, mine have all disappeared - lost contact details, everything - what's happening here?? - not amused!
