I have just started a online course on mental health and learning about stress ways to manage it I find it interesting having experienced some of my own stressful experiences in life and also some of things currently going on how it can affect our wellbeing sometimes listening to spurs my team play can increase stress and having to listen to Boris Johnson speak and show these meaningless graphs increases stress ha ha although it can give me a laugh also I suppose humour and leading a healthier way of life can help to reduce so much anxiety and fear
