People still don't seem to fully comprehend that we are headed toward a global cull. I recently posted a video showing that Western Australia implemented legislation in 2016 that allow them to strip people naked and force vaccinate them with POISON. I know that people find that hard to believe, but it is there in black in white. We are in extreme danger and the only safety will come in numbers, so we must all resist compliance whenever possible. The more that resist, the harder it is for them to enFORCE their illegal laws.
I doubt its lawful but Employer will use the excuse they have to comply with Insurance regs.... which probably say they must follow Govt guidance is my guess. Again MUST is not law. We are all being confronted with our ignorance of law.
I suspect to answer the Q you would have to follow the trail IN WRITING to see whats actually being said. If it is all just Guidance that everyone is volunteering to follow then no its not lawful.
Its very difficult because of course they are using FEAR to gain voluntary compliance. If you say No then you will have to cop for the repercussions of that which are unlikely to be much fun. Being logically right isn't going to dissolve all of the pressure you will be under emotionally from fellow employees. Tough one.
You need to get the evidence that the whole thing is being sparked by GUIDANCE before you go imo so as to be able to bring a case for unlawful dismissal in the event they do fire you...so then the Q is, in the meantime, whether you comply while you play for time. I think if you did that would set a precedent therefore would be ill-advised. Thus it seems you are stuck with saying No now. Ask to see all the docs that have led them to instigate this stupidity and be prepared to file for unlawful dismissal and loss of earnings.
I think its also a bit questionable that they have given you no warning. That its just being sprung upon you all. That could induce an anxiety attack. It could be classed as harrassment. Have you got all of this in writing? You will need it all to make a case.
Good Luck. Sadly we are going to see loads more of this kind of fallout and distress as the Govt test the waters to see how many will comply or kill each other in the Supermarket aisles sort of thing.
