Exclusion of non mask customers as I went for petrol at Sainsbury's Sydenham I was told no mask pay at kiosk you can't come inside. I asked what if I'm exempt reply that's what our manager has told us as the police came by last week. I was disgusted
Has anybody seen the legal proof of this imposition, which appears to have appeared almost over- night? I agree Tee, that it was discrimination, what is the point of being exempt if a person is then refused entry? Surely the DDA (Disability and Discrimination Act ( still applies, or has that been dissolved without us knowing?
Sainsbury is a high profile company and relies on reputation and customers to survive, Tee, could you write to their Head Office and ask to be sent a copy of the instruction to deny entry to customers who are exempt.! Then post the reply anywhere you can, as that would be helpful to our 'armies'.
Everything crossed that an injunction will be granted and allow time for re-arming. Sorry, to use military terms, most unlike me, but this is a war, not just between world governments, but between far greater energies. Here's my story from this morning. I was on TV on a TV production. The agency who put me forward asked me if I would do a blood test for covid prior to filming! I said no is it a requirement? They said no it's ok you can film without. At this point I said I'm also exempt from mask wearing is this an issue as of so I won't attend. They said no it's fine via email. So I arrive today and am asked on arrival to wear a mask. I explain I'm exempt and I'm left alone. A so called medic comes over to temp check me, and says where is your mask? I say again I'm exempt. He says right do you want to put one on anyway as other people are around!! I said no I'm exempt that's the point? Not just in my own company. 10mins of being left alone later a 'covid officer' comes over who is just a guy from the film crew and in a room of 20 or so people starts shouting my name. I stand up and say what's the issue. He says why aren't you wearing a mask? I said I'm exempt for the third time. He asked why so and I explained that by law I don't have to explain why. He proceeds to throw me off set saying I should understand his paranoia regarding the situation. I said that it's not my issue. And explained he is breaking the law by doing this and it's discrimination and that my agency has cleared me. I contacted my agency to inform of this behaviour after having drove 1hr to work at 530am. They flipped at me saying I'm a selfish individual who cares about no-one and that I won't be paid and I'm fired from them with immediate effect!! So I clarified that they informed me it wasn't an issue before and that they need to see gov.uk page about mask rules and I haven't done anything wrong. I said can I conform you are firing me and refusing payment due to my exemption from mask wearing which I have a card for? He said yes and that I am a liar and have nothing wrong with me(he has no idea). To summarise I've been kicked off a show and fired for future work for having a hidden disability. Surely I have a serious case here? I have a full paper trail of all this as well. These people have to get there karma. It's becoming a lonely world fighting lemmings like this but I will continue to stand my ground.
Nathan - So sorry about your predicament, and this is certainly discrimination and you must keep positive. There are a few people on this website who have been exactly where you are now and perhaps can help. Hang on in there and hopefully they will respond, if not come back to me and although I cannot help you personally I know someone who might be able too.

Nathan, I too am very sorry for your experience. What you witnessed was a demonstration of the totally incoherent panic caused by the mind-control programme. It has caused seemingly 'normal' people to lose all sense of clarity, common sense and powers of discrimination.
I would say that you do probably have a case for discrimination under the DDA (Disability and Discrimination Act) As far as I know, this 'government' hasn't dissolved the Act, nor inserted some fiendish clause that says masks are exempt.
If no-one on this site has a suggestion as to what to do, most lawyer practices give a free half- an- hour consultation, usually one day a week. It would be worth asking for a legal opinion.
