I thought this might offer encouragement to some. Went to my local Tesco today and was astounded to see around 10 customers not wearing masks. Some were couples. This is the most I have ever seen going maskless as usually it is just me or one or two others. I would urge those that do not want to wear masks, but wear them out of fear, to put the fear aside and take the mask off. They have no legal capacity for fining you for not wearing a mask, you merely state you are exempt and do not have any other conversation on the matter. A few points below in case you are challenged.
State you are exempt ( do not give any other detail)
If asked to leave a store you would have to leave (under trespass laws) but advise them you will contact their head office as this is unlawful under the Disabilities and Discrimination Act https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1995/50/contents Stores are not allowed to harass people with disabilities. The Coronavirus Act 2020 states that masks do not have to be worn where 'extreme distress' would be caused. Use it to your advantage.
If police stop you for not wearing a mask state you are exempt. Do not engage in any conversation with the police other than you are exempt and you have committed no crime. Do not give them any details unless they can tell you what crime they suspect you of committing. Ask if you are free to go and stick to it. There is NO CRIME they cannot arrest you for not wearing a mask.
Do not buckle, they have no right to tell anyone to restrict their oxygen supply and they know it. The legislation is fear and ignorance based which means they are relying on your ignorance to enforce it
I hope more will follow suit. It is critical we peacefully protect our freedoms from tyrannical liars! If you know that this is evil and continue to comply with it, you are consenting to what they are doing.
A fellow activist from UKColumn just received this from StageCoach.
1. You cannot be fined if you state you are exempt. 2. You cannot be denied service if you are exempt as it contravenes the Disabilities and Discrimination Act. 3. You cannot be forced to provide any details of your exemption as it contravenes the Data Protection Act. 4. The first 3 points allow ANYONE to walk or travel mask free. Complying with evil is CONSENTING..stop complying and stand up for your rights.
Angela, they need to read the government website. No-one can be forced to wear a mask if they are exempt.
I was informed today that I should now be wearing a visor at work. I told them that I will not wear one as I am exempt. I won't be wearing a visor.
Thank you for this information.
This is dynamite! I am sending it to everyone I know, especially those with children or grandchildren. We should all do the same. These oppressors need to be brought to book!!
From David Icke last weekend. Definitely must watch video:
German Neurologist Warns Against Wearing Facemasks: 'Oxygen Deprivation Causes Permanent Neurological Damage' -- Health & Wellness -- https://www.sott.net/article/442455-German-Neurologist-Warns-Against-Wearing-Facemasks-Oxygen-Deprivation-Causes-Permanent-Neurological-Damage
To add to this - I also noticed that this week in my local Waitrose there were at least four staff members without and I clocked about 6 customers without also. At one point - it was late on a Friday eve - the ratio of 'with' and 'without' was almost 'even stevens' - something I have never seen before. Also noticed quite a few people 'half-masked' either due to broken elastic, the 'under the nose' position or so loose they kept slipping down - at least they could breath and didn't seem bothered that they weren't in the full mufty.
I am going to quote David Icke again - 'The only power they have is that which we give them' !!
Elsewhere I posted an email involving Tesco and masks and a complaint I made to their HQ re being asked by a staff member about my non-wearing of a mask. I was told that the Manager of the store would be communicated with, this happened as promised on a Monday, I went again the next day, and no-one spoke to me, including the staff member standing by the entrance. So, writing to supermarkets and reminding them of their unwarranted actions and the effect on customers/profits can be useful.
